This website contains fabric products which are sold in meters, pairs, mix and match and ready to wear of different materials, sizes, colors and quantities. There is no refund and exchange due in the event of a customer error. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
3. IF THE ITEMS ARE DAMAGED, please inform us by Whatsapp or E-mail first for a refund or exchange . Then you can return your purchase for up to 5 days from the date of purchase. All return items must be returned in ( Unworn, Unaltered, Unwashed, Unironed condition with all tags attached ). You are responsible for the return shipping amount. No returns will be accepted after 5 days.
The product(s) will be inspected upon receipt. All returns must be in good condition and all original packaging (including invoice) must be in place for refund to be issued. No refund will be issued if the product shows signs of use. Our guarantee does not cover accidental damage or wear of product caused by customer. Once we have received your return at our warehouse, We will credit you in the same manner as your original payment within 30 days of receiving the returned item. Shipping charges are to be borne by the customer.
